Sonia Jones ND has worked as a Nutritional Therapist, Naturopath and Reflexologist for nearly 20 years. She is also author of End the Food Confusion and Simply Reflexology. She has had clinics in England, Malta and presently in Panama. Her interests are food & nutrition, health, educating, teaching, reading and cooking.
Sonia and her acupuncturist husband own and run The Haven Spas and Alternative Treatment Clinic in Panama. Her clinic assesses people with some chronic condition and advises on how best to proceed with a program that might include acupuncture, nutritional therapy, education on particular needs, correct posture, work on muscles, etc.
